VacuTect ® Tank Test Non Volumetric - Vacuum Test

Two Tanks tested at the same time.
The results are immediate and can be called in after completion of test.
Requires between 0% & 95% product to conduct a test.
No more than 20K Gal. (76K lt. in Ullage Space.)
The station can remain open on the UST’s not being tested.
Safe Suction Systems tested as a whole in one test.
A probe is lowered into the tank – usually through fill pipe/ATG riser/other.
All openings to the tank are sealed off.
Vacuum is applied to the tank.
The probe is monitoring for air or water entering the tank as a result of the vacuum that is applied.

Unmanned Visual Inspection Services

TankCam Visual Inspection

State-of-the-art remote video technology is used to inspect the inside of tank.
A highly-trained and certified Tanknology technician conducts the inspection.
The video inspection is performed while the tank is in operation – no fuel removal is necessary.
Tank access is through a 4” Vertical Riser.
Does not require inerting tank. Uses nitrogen pressure – Patent Pending Process
Camera Pans and Tilts and has Zooming Capabilities.
Inspection process gives you a clear, detailed view of the conditions within your tank.
A video of the entire inspection is provided on DVD.

TankCam Visual Inspection

See structural problems: Structural or lining problems such as corrosion, cracking, delamination, blistering, tank damage.
Failed test follow-up: See the source of a problem causing a failed tank test.
Locate unused riser openings: See riser openings from inside the tank.
Verify overfill protection: Quickly verify overfill protection compliance.
Fuel quality checks: See sludge or debris inside the tank that is causing fueling problems.
